When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 12:00PM Pacific Standard Time will ship the same day you place your order. Orders after 12:00PM will ship out the following business day.

I work for one of the State Chapters. Do we get discounts?

Yes, Chapters receive 10% off all orders. Email us through the registration form to use the chapter discount code you received. If you have have not received a code, please send a message and we will provide you with the access code needed to register as a chapter account.

I need to return or exchange an item, how do I do that?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the merchandise, in “like new” condition, within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. More instructions for returns and exchanges can be found here: Shipping & Returns

I need to order an item in larger quantities than what is offered. Can I get special pricing?

Yes, please send us an email through our contact form on the right and we will provide you with a price based on higher quantities.

I want to get custom gear made with my team name, can you help?
